Important  COVID-19 Update

Due to the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is likely that your appointment may change or be canceled at short notice. This may be if any of our staff become unwell and need to self-isolate. If your booking is affected by COVID-19 we will happily reschedule this free of charge.

Booking Policy

​

To book an appointment a non-refundable booking fee is required, no appointments will be booked without this. We  do  not  offer  refunds  on  booking  fees, the  only exception to this policy is an unexpected serious or long term illness that contra-indicates the treatment or a pregnancy confirmed by a medical certificate. Once your deposit has been paid, this fee is deducted from the final balance on the day of treatment. By booking in with us, you are accepting our terms and conditions - you confirm that you have reserved a time allocation that you are committed to, any changes to your appointment will be made in plenty of time and you understand that no booking fees will be refunded. So please make sure you are 100% committed to treatment before you book in. No  warranty  or  guarantee  is  made  by  the  clinic  as  to  the  results  you  may  achieve,  it  is  possible  that  results  might  not  come  up  to  your  goals  or  expectations and  also  that  results  can  VARY from  client  to  client.  This  is  also  outlines  on  our  consent  forms  signed  by  yourself  before  treatment  commences.

We operate a 48 hour amendment policy for appointments. A minimum of 48 hours notice must be given when cancelling OR changing an appointment. Any amendments that fall outside this period such as cancellations made on the day of your appointment or no shows, you will be asked to pay 50% of the cost of your appointment. We allow a 10 minute grace period for late appointments, due to my busy schedule, I cannot allow any longer as this will have an effect on other bookings after yours. If you are longer than 10 minutes late I will not be able to go ahead with your treatment and this would be classed as a missed appointment. Please note that any fees unpaid will result in legal action being taken against you, all future appointments cancelled and you WILL NOT be able to book in again.

Pregnant or breastfeeding woman and anyone under the age of 18 cannot have aesthetic treatments, Photo ID will be required for anyone under the age of 25. If you cannot provide ID when asked then any fees will also be lost. No one under 18 will be treated under any circumstances.

We cannot accept bookings made on behalf of someone else. We are not able to transfer bookings or booking fees to another individual.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE / CANCEL TREATMENT / APPOINTMENTS  WITHOUT PRIOR ARRANGEMENT AT ANY TIME.

For Health & Safety Reasons, no other person than the practitioner and the client are allowed in the treatment room. If you arrive with children or anyone under the age of 18, we  will  not  be  able  to  carry  out  your  treatment as we are not covered for insurance reasons.
