 Botulinum Toxin is a purified protein which temporarily freezes the muscle and stops it from working. We use Botulinum Toxin injections to help relax fine lines and wrinkles of the face, giving you a fresh and revived appearance. The results are reversible, once it wears off the muscle continues to work once again unless further treatments are undertaken. This is a painless, safe and rapid procedure used to treat various areas of the face including:

It is highly recommended you consult only with an experienced and trained professional for anti wrinkle treatments. Shannon will take you through a detailed, private consultation and propose a tailored bespoke solution for your face. The treatment takes around 30 minutes. Results vary from person to person but the results last generally last anywhere between 3 – 5 months. We only recommend anti-wrinkle injections once every 3 months to ensure you have the right dosage for a fresh and youthful appearance that looks natural, however, it is important to return after 2 weeks for a review and potential top-up of your treatment.

Please note that consultations are required prior to any toxin treatments. You are required to pay a fee of £30 to secure your prescription for the Anti-Wrinkle Injection Medicines, as well as 25% non-refundable booking fee of the cost of treatment at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Please be aware that this is non-refundable. Prices include a complementary review after 2 weeks for any Anti-Wrinkle Injection Treatments and a top-up if necessary. Please be aware that this offer is only valid up to 14 days after initial treatment, anything after that will be charged at full price.

Hyperhidrosis (Excessive Sweating)

Your treatment

After consulting with us, you can choose – as we would especially recommend – to stop and think carefully about the discussions you have just had or simply receive treatment immediately.
We offer anti wrinkle treatment for areas such as: crows feet, forehead lines and frown lines.
Either way, if you do arrange for us to provide treatment, you can rest easy that you have chosen from the highest-quality products made available at competitive prices. Most of our dermal fillers last for six months, though some stay for up to two years.

Aftercare

• Try to exercise your treated muscles for the first hour after treatment (e.g. practice frowning, raising your eyebrows or squinting). This helps to work the treatment into your muscles. Although this may help your procedure outcome, it will NOT impact your treatment negatively if you forget to do this.

• Do NOT have a facial, nor rub or massage the treated area for 24 hours after your treatment.

• Do NOT lie down or do strenuous exercise for three hours after treatment. Also, avoid any exposure to a sauna, hot tub or tanning for four hours. This will prevent your blood pressure from rising and thus minimize the risk of bruising after treatment.

• Please be aware that some, though very few patients, experience a mild headache. You may take Tylenol to help with this for pain relief.

• Be assured that tiny bumps or marks will go away within a few hours after your treatment. There is a small risk of bruising. If this occurs, do not worry since it will only be temporary and can easily be covered up with makeup. Any little bit of bruising may last up to one week.

• After Botox is placed into the targeted muscles, the weakening effect gradually begins anywhere from 3-7 days and is not complete for two weeks. Therefore, optimal results are not seen for at least two weeks.

• Botox will last approximately 2-3 months at first. However, if you maintain your treatment appointments with the frequency recommended, the duration of each treatment result may last longer than four months.
