This Privacy Policy outlines Fresh Face Aesthetics and Beauty's practices with respect to medical information collected from users who book in for treatments with us. As part of your Aesthetic Treatment, you will be required to complete a medical questionnaire in which we will ask questions about your medical history. We are not able to treat those who are medically unfit for treatment, if you have a known medical condition or are taking any medication that could contraindicate your treatment then please let us know at the earliest convenience. It is your responsibility to disclose all information required and if there are any changes to your medical status. Fresh Face Aesthetics and Beauty will not be held responsible for anything not disclosed. For a list of exclusions please contact us prior to booking in with us.
